Kindly note the following rules and regulations of the  Prof. Amarnath Kakkar Memorial Debate Competition to be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017  :

Topic: “Modernization and Culture go hand- in- hand.”

Rules:

1.      The language of the debate will be English.

2.      There will be two participants from each school (one for the motion and one against the motion).

3.      Time limit for the debate is three minutes, plus one minute for interjection. Only one interjection will be permitted for each speaker, who will have one minute to answer the question.

4.      The participants and the cheer group should be in proper school uniform.
